It highlights rich, fruit-forward flavor notes like raspberry, plum, white grape, and mango, while maintaining much of the bean’s original sweetness and acidity. Beyond flavor, it’s part of Gold Mountain’s mission: supporting about 70 local producers with access to high-quality processing, agronomy advice, traceability, and fairer pricing in order to improve livelihoods.
